Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions:

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mythcoverinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Unopened Items Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of receipt.
